So, yesterday Rick and I went for supplies to the local Equestrian Center and came across some beautiful Friesian horses running around in the late afternoon. Wikipedia has a bit of history if your interested in finding about more. What appealed to me about these particular horses were how gentle their approach to us dispite their powerful and almost warrior like appearance. A long braided mane and fetlock as well as a flowing tail. Truly a magnificient creature to encounter, I can’t wait to get back and get some more pictures when the weather permits. Hopefully their green blankets will be off as well
