Rick and I had a really nice day, we slept in and watch Hogan Knows Best and then got up to get ready to head out for a Canyon’s Turkey Burger’s and a Dick’s IPA.

Just before we left our neighbor Cal phoned and asked if we wanted to take a ride up in his twin engine plan; of course we said yes. So we all met up for lunch at Canyon’s then headed off to the air strip. We loaded up in the plane and away we went.

Afterwards, Cal and Debbie invited us to go to the Evergreen State Fair so we accepted and went on to have a fun time watching the demolition derby and seeing all the animals and arts and crafts. Sometimes the simple things in life really do make you appreciate all you have.
