No Comments One On One Plyo Legs with Tony Horton
What a great way to round out day number five…plyometric legs. I really like this workout, I even modify with 3lb ankle weights and I use the 12lb medicine ball a lot more than Tony does in this workout.
Also, I love Tony, he is a great motivator but sometimes I just keep going while he and Mason, the director of these one on one series, chats it up. So while their chatting I will incorporate an ab routine in between moves, that way, for the entire hour I am totally engaged in keeping my body active…which I feel works best for me.
For a period of time this was my Friday workout, but I since have changed that because it gets less effective. I feel this workout is much more effective when you do it every couple of weeks. Today halfway through I was dying…thighs, hamstrings and my buttocks was all feeling’ it!
However, after about an hour, I did notice while riding out on the trails that for some reason my legs felt longer, stronger and my seat in the saddle seemed much more positioned.
Maybe there is something after all to Tony’s madness, maybe he should develop a training video for people that ride horses…
