I haven’t posted about Indy and Rain in a long time so when the distraction presented itself, I could not help but go out and take an opportunity to catch a few candid shots of my horses sunnin’ in the barn.
Just about 1:40pm this afternoon I brought them over from the pasture that is full of nice thick green grass where they had been grazing for about an hour for their lunch time. Well as I went back to my office they stood there in the barn doorway with full bellies and their nice warm and stylish winter blankets on.
As I was watching from my office window I could not help but smile as I watched their lower lips drooped and their heads bounce down and then quickly up once again.
Then it happened, Rain decided it was too warm and he had had enough of this darn blanket…that’s when I grabbed my camera and off to the barn I went.
He had somehow gotten his mouth into the front of his blanket and pulled it up
enough to expose his lil derriere.
From then it was on, I was like ‘Horse Paparazzi” all of a sudden.
…and then they cornered me!
