Fallen Eagle

This photograph of a young eagle was taken in 05' when we were still living on Quadra Island. I was walking the path in between our pace and Ron's trailer and saw this guy laying in the leaves and moss. At first I didnt think it was alive, until he rolled his eyes and looked up at me. My first instinct was to cover it up in my jacket and bring it inside because I figured it was injured and I wanted to make sure he would be ok. Then my second thought turned out to be the best one.
