Last night we all went down to the river for a BBQ and fireworks extravaganza! We ate yummy food, spent time with friends and enjoyed the sunset to celebrate a fantastic Independence Day!

Rick came home from running errands, Tuki and I needed to get out and get some sun, especiallysince the Doc says my vitamin D levels are way low.
So we collared Bas and Tuki and off we went. On our way out I think Indy and Rain wanted to make a break for it as well…[see pics below]. 
The lighting was just soo lovely on the trails, I am glad I brought along my D70 Digital Camera (Body Only) with the Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens
it was just a pleasant and peaceful hike…

Today was absolutely gorgeous! 60 degrees, sunny, warm and we hiked along the river trail behind the property

Tuki was very anxious to get out that he would not let me get a single thing done until after our hike.

This morning Rick, Bas, Tuki and myself took a little road trip to visit our friend Bill at his new cabin. It is right on the river and it needs a little work but it is just perfect for the great fisherman we know as Bill

This little A frame really has alot of charm and once Bill finishes the maintenance on it I’m sure it will be an outstanding place to live in.

The girls wanted to swim today so I brought over the neighbors grandkids Kylie, Zach and Tanner and they all got along very well…so much so that they were jumping off the clay ridge by the beach area.
